How do I register for an online account?

In order to purchase on this site, you need to create an account with CARITA UK. Simply click on the Create Account link at the top right hand corner of the site. You will then be taken to a registration page where you can fill in your details and then complete the process by clicking on the “register” button.

By registering with us, you will benefit from the following:

  • Be the first to learn about new products and offers
  • Consult your order history at any time
  • Review your account details
  • Quickly re-order your favourite products

When you first register with us, you will need to provide a password. Please ensure that you keep your password and your account details confidential.

How should I proceed if I have forgotten my password?

Click on the Log in link at the top right hand corner of the screen and then on the “Forgotten your password” link. You will be asked to enter your email address. We will then send an email to your registered address with a link to your account page. On your account page, click on the “Update Your Details” link and change your password.

Can I amend my account details?

If your contact details change, you can update your account information at any time. Simply Log in and once you are on your account page click on the “Update Your Details” link.

How do I subscribe to receive updates from CARITA?

When you create an account with CARITA UK, you will be asked whether you want to subscribe to our e-mail Newsletter. Simply opt-in to receive regular news and offers from CARITA.

How do I unsubscribe from the e-mail Newsletter?

If you have subscribed in the past but do not wish to receive emails from CARITA anymore, you can unsubscribe by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email you receive from us

Is the information I provide secure?

CARITA has put in place various security procedures so that the information you provide is protected.

Credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality and 128 bit SSL encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected during transmission over the internet. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers or our agents and they are only used during processing your order.

Do you deliver abroad?

We are sorry CARITA UK only deliver to the UK mainland and Channel Islands (excluding Northern Ireland).

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

How do I buy an item that is out of stock?

If a product selected is temporarily out of stock and unavailable to purchase on our site, we would advise customers to visit one of our spas, salons or department stores to purchase this item. Please visit our location page.

How do I know which products are suitable for my skin?

Professional service and prescriptive skincare are the foundations of the brand and we would therefore highly recommend that you purchase CARITA products from an authorised CARITA Spa, Salon or Department Store in order to achieve maximum benefits from your CARITA products. Your expertly trained CARITA Beauty Therapist will be able to provide you with the correct skincare products and beauty regime specifically for you to ensure you achieve optimal results whatever your concerns may be.

How can I obtain samples?

We do not send samples on request. However, from time to time, we may propose samples with your order relating to new launches and special offers.

In addition, certain authorized salons/spas or department stores that sell CARITA products may also propose samples during special promotions, launches or seasonal offers. Please note that these sample offers are only available for a limited period of time, for specific products and while stocks last.
